FAQ

  • Can I buy an original?
    Yes! Originals are available by commission. Just ask Katie. Prices will vary according to the work being commissioned.
  • How long does delivery take?
    We mail out by 2nd class Royal Mail on the first available mailing after we receive the order.
  • Do you gift wrap?
    Framed prints come securely packaged with padding and a sturdy cardboard box, but we don't (currently) provide a gift wrapping service.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.
  • Do the letters come framed?
    Letters are available either mounted (£25) or framed (£40)
  • You don't show the letter I want
    I am working on creating the full alphabet....let me know on the contact page, or 'Let's chat' box if you have one in particular that you need and I'll put it at the top of the list.
